TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: September 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reanimated Canvas website and your purchase or use of products and services provided by Reanimated Canvas, LLC (“Reanimated Canvas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, purchasing services, submitting artwork, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Reanimated Canvas
Reanimated Canvas provides direct-to-wall and direct-to-surface printing services for residential, commercial, institutional, and other customers. We print artwork, graphics, photographs, text, branding, and other approved designs directly onto various vertical surfaces and materials.
Our services may include design consultation, artwork preparation, surface evaluation, printing, installation, protective coatings, and related services.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the website in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Use content from the website in a manner that infringes our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
Submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, or infringing.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer and may consider factors including, but not limited to:
Printed square footage
Surface type and condition
Artwork complexity
Artwork preparation or design requirements
Travel distance
Setup requirements
Accessibility
Installation conditions
Special equipment or scaffolding
Protective coatings
Other project-specific requirements
A quote is not a binding contract until accepted by both parties and any required deposit has been received.
Changes to the project after approval may result in additional charges.
4. Printing Rates
Our standard printing rate may be stated on our website, promotional materials, or individual quotations. Unless otherwise specified in a written quote or service agreement, our current standard printing rate is $25.00 per square foot.
The final project price may be higher or lower than a simple square-foot calculation depending on travel, setup, artwork, surface preparation, accessibility, complexity, protective coatings, and other project requirements.
5. Deposits and Payments
A deposit is generally required before a project is scheduled and work begins. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the typical deposit is 25% of the printing cost.
Design and artwork services are separate from the printing deposit unless specifically included in the written quotation.
The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule contained in the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement.
Reanimated Canvas reserves the right to delay or cancel scheduling if required payments are not received when due.
6. Artwork and Design
Customers may provide their own artwork or request design and artwork services from Reanimated Canvas.
Customer-provided artwork must be supplied in a usable digital format and at a quality reasonably suitable for the intended print size.
While we may be able to enlarge, enhance, or otherwise prepare artwork for printing, there are practical limits to how much a low-resolution image can be enlarged without loss of quality.
Reanimated Canvas is not responsible for defects, pixelation, distortion, or loss of detail contained in or resulting from customer-provided artwork.
7. Customer Approval of Artwork
Before printing, the customer may be required to approve artwork, layout, dimensions, colors, positioning, or other project details.
Once the customer approves artwork for production, Reanimated Canvas may proceed with printing.
Customer approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design as presented. Changes requested after approval may result in additional design, printing, labor, and material charges.
8. Customer Responsibility for Artwork Rights
The customer represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use, reproduce, modify, print, and display any artwork, photograph, logo, trademark, image, text, or other material supplied to Reanimated Canvas.
The customer agrees not to provide material that infringes another person’s or organization’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
The customer is solely responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.
Reanimated Canvas may refuse to print material that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or the rights of another party.
9. Reanimated Canvas Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Reanimated Canvas retains ownership of its original designs, templates, graphics, photographs, marketing materials, website content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property created or owned by Reanimated Canvas.
Payment for printing or design services does not automatically transfer ownership of Reanimated Canvas’s intellectual property to the customer.
Any transfer or license of intellectual property must be agreed to in writing.
10. Customer Artwork and Files
Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer or its respective owner.
By submitting artwork to us, the customer grants Reanimated Canvas permission to use the artwork as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Reanimated Canvas may retain project files for business, recordkeeping, production, or backup purposes.
We are not responsible for long-term storage of customer artwork and customers should maintain their own backup copies.
11. Surface Conditions and Suitability
Direct-to-surface printing depends on the condition, composition, cleanliness, stability, and accessibility of the surface.
Potentially suitable surfaces may include drywall, concrete, brick, wood, glass, tile, canvas, and other vertical surfaces. Certain vehicles, trailers, and specialty surfaces may also be suitable.
Not every surface is suitable for printing.
The customer is responsible for informing Reanimated Canvas of known surface conditions, previous coatings, damage, repairs, moisture issues, structural problems, chemical exposure, or other conditions that could affect printing.
Reanimated Canvas may decline a project or require additional preparation if a surface is determined to be unsuitable.
12. Surface Preparation
Unless specifically included in a written quote, surface preparation is the customer’s responsibility.
Preparation may include cleaning, patching, sanding, painting, removal of loose material, removal or relocation of objects, or other work necessary to prepare the surface.
If Reanimated Canvas agrees to perform preparation work, additional charges may apply.
We are not responsible for defects in the underlying surface that become visible after printing.
13. Obstructions and Accessibility
Customers must provide reasonable access to the printing area and remove or relocate objects that interfere with the printing process when requested.
Examples may include furniture, shelving, wall-mounted equipment, signs, fixtures, vehicles, trailers, or other obstructions.
Where practical, artwork may be designed around permanent obstructions.
Additional labor, setup, equipment, or travel required because of restricted access or obstructions may result in additional charges.
14. Print Dimensions
Our equipment may accommodate prints up to approximately 16 feet in height and virtually unlimited width, subject to equipment capability, surface conditions, access, and project requirements.
Taller installations may require scaffolding, lifts, special equipment, or dividing the artwork into multiple precisely aligned sections.
Such requirements may result in additional costs.
15. Color and Appearance
Printed colors may vary from what appears on a computer monitor, phone, tablet, or other display device.
Differences may also occur because of the surface color, texture, material, lighting conditions, ink absorption, and other environmental factors.
Minor variations between a digital proof and the finished print do not necessarily constitute a defect.
16. Surface Texture and Imperfections
Printing directly onto textured, irregular, ribbed, porous, uneven, or otherwise non-uniform surfaces may result in visual variations.
The final appearance may reflect the texture, contours, imperfections, seams, joints, or other characteristics of the underlying surface.
Customers acknowledge that direct-to-surface printing does not alter the underlying condition of the surface.
17. Durability and Protective Coatings
UV-cured printing is designed to provide durable, long-lasting results. However, no printed surface is permanently immune to fading, scratching, abrasion, chemicals, weather, vandalism, or other environmental conditions.
An optional protective or vandal-resistant clear coat may be available for qualifying projects at an additional cost.
The expected lifespan of a print depends on factors including location, sunlight, weather, cleaning methods, surface conditions, traffic, abrasion, and maintenance.
18. Outdoor Projects and Weather
Outdoor printing and installation are subject to weather and environmental conditions.
Rain, wind, extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, dust, direct sunlight, or other environmental conditions may require a project to be postponed or rescheduled.
Additional costs may apply when weather or site conditions require additional visits, setup, travel, labor, equipment, or materials.
19. Customer-Provided Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information concerning:
Project dimensions
Surface type
Location
Access
Artwork
Installation conditions
Obstructions
Property ownership or authorization
Applicable restrictions
Reanimated Canvas is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
20. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary by project and will be stated in the applicable quote or service agreement.
Once artwork, materials, travel, equipment, or production time have been committed to a project, cancellation charges may apply.
Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law when they cover services, materials, scheduling, artwork, preparation, travel, or other costs already incurred.
21. Changes to a Project
Changes requested after a quote or artwork approval may require a revised price.
Additional charges may apply for:
Artwork revisions
Size changes
Location changes
Additional square footage
Additional printing
Surface preparation
Travel
Setup
Additional equipment
Rescheduling
Reprinting caused by customer-requested changes
No significant project change is guaranteed until agreed upon in writing.
22. Installation and Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is reasonably safe and accessible.
Where necessary, customers must disclose known hazards or restrictions at the property.
Reanimated Canvas reserves the right to suspend or refuse work if conditions are unsafe or materially different from those represented when the project was quoted.
Additional charges may apply when unusual site conditions require additional labor, equipment, or time.
23. Photography and Marketing
Unless a customer provides written notice requesting otherwise before the project is completed, Reanimated Canvas may photograph or record completed work for portfolio, advertising, website, social media, promotional, and other business purposes, subject to applicable law.
Where a project contains confidential information, proprietary information, or other sensitive content, customers should notify Reanimated Canvas in writing before photography or publication.
24. Limited Warranty
Reanimated Canvas will use reasonable care and commercially appropriate practices in providing its printing services.
Any specific warranty regarding printing, protective coatings, materials, or workmanship will be stated in the applicable written agreement.
Except as expressly stated in writing, Reanimated Canvas does not guarantee that a print will remain unchanged for a specific period of time or under all environmental conditions.
No warranty applies to damage caused by vandalism, improper cleaning, abrasion, structural movement, moisture, unsuitable surfaces, chemicals, customer modifications, accidents, environmental conditions, or other causes outside our reasonable control.
25. Reprints and Corrections
If a completed print contains a verified production error caused by Reanimated Canvas, we will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, determine an appropriate corrective action.
Reprints are not automatically provided for customer-approved artwork, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, unsuitable surfaces, changes of mind, or conditions outside our control.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reanimated Canvas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
To the extent permitted by law, Reanimated Canvas’s total liability relating to a particular printing project will not exceed the amount actually paid to Reanimated Canvas for that project.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
27. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.
We do not control or necessarily endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, products, or services.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
28. Website Content

29. Privacy
Your use of our website may also be governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through the website.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
30. Force Majeure
Reanimated Canvas will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, equipment failure, transportation delays, supplier shortages, labor disruptions, governmental actions, utility failures, acts of war, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
31. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reanimated Canvas, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Customer-provided artwork or materials
Alleged intellectual property infringement
Customer-provided measurements or information
Unauthorized use of property
Unsafe site conditions known or caused by the customer
Customer modifications to completed work
Customer’s breach of these Terms
32. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in a court of appropriate jurisdiction located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
33. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes directly.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
35. No Waiver
A failure by Reanimated Canvas to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
36. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website or our services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
37. Entire Agreement
These Website Terms, together with any applicable quotation, invoice, service agreement, artwork agreement, privacy policy, or other written agreement between Reanimated Canvas and the customer, constitute the applicable agreement concerning the services.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will control for that particular project.
